Sharing Information for Konexx Inc. and Other Lawful Purposes:
In General: Registered Member Personal Information will be shared by Konexx only for the purpose of educating Registered Members about the availability of clinical trials and potentially eligible clinical trial participants. Konexx Inc. will use the information submitted by Trialgig.com registered members to find potentially suitable clinical trials.
Konexx will facilitate an anonymized online conversation between potential volunteers and clinical trial administrators via a web-based messaging system. Konexx will send email alerts to your registered email address with notifications of a new message or new trial match. Konexx will not further participate in the process by which potentially eligible clinical trial participants are accepted into and participate in clinical trials.
Registered Member information also may be used by Konexx or its designees in de-identified form, i.e. a form through which individuals are not identifiable and cannot be contacted, for the purpose of conducting research.
Registered Member and visitor information may also be collected for statistical purposes. Konexx sometimes performs analyses of user behavior in order to measure user interest in the various areas of this Service. We will disclose this information to third parties only in aggregate form.
Children Under the Age of 18.
Our website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
